Looking for a female roommate for a 2BR apt (Astoria/LIC) in Astoria, New York For Sale

I am looking for a female roommate to rent one of my extra bedrooms. My rent is $xxxx but I am asking for $800 for one bedroom. I am looking for someone that is a recent college grad/professional (or a college student if you have a job/can afford the rent). Must be neat, clean, and mature. The bedroom that is available for rent is about 8 ft by 11 ft with a great sized mirrored closet. There is a living/dining area in the apartment that is 8.5 ft by 11 ft. Nice sized bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the Steinway subway station and a 18 minute ride to Times Square.
I already have internet/TV/phone and we will split the bill depending on which one(s) of these things you need. Utilities include electric and gas and we will also be splitting this. I am not sure what the total bill will be since I haven't received it yet but hopefully $75 from both of us will cover it.
I am a recent college grad and I work in Manhattan (software company). I am in my early twenties and I'm easy to get along with. I'm looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and is respectful.
